At VELO Pakistan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 7 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have original tags attached.
Initiate Request
Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the item you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Once your request is approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging; our team will verify that the product is in its original, unwashed condition.
Shipment Collection
We will arrange a courier pickup from your doorstep, or you can drop off the package at our designated partner courier centers across Pakistan.
Refund or Replacement
After receiving the item at our warehouse, we will process your exchange or issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit within 5-7 working days.
